Distribution Manager

We are looking for a Distribution Manager for our team located in Karachi.

​

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the distribution of motorcycles and related products to dealerships, distributors, and customers.

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the distribution process, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.

  • Coordinate with manufacturing and production teams to ensure timely production and delivery of motorcycles to meet demand.

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking of inventory throughout the distribution process.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with dealerships, distributors, and transportation partners to ensure smooth and efficient distribution operations.

  • Analyze distribution data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Monitor and manage distribution costs to ensure alignment with budgetary goals.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in distribution and logistics.

     

What We Require:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the automobile sector. 

  • Good communication and relationship management skills. 

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities in the market. 

  • Knowledge of inventory management and distribution softwares. 

  • Passion for motorcycles and the motorcycle industry is a plus.

Business Development - Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager for our team located in Karachi.

​

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers.

  • Prepare data and reports regarding clients. 

  • Maintain relationships with current accounts and ensure proper coordination amongst stakeholders. 

  • Develop and nurture new client relationships to drive business growth. 

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement BD strategies and initiatives. 

  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing relationships. 

  • Lead a team of individuals to meet targets and fulfill company goals. 
     

What We Require:

  • Experienced candidates having 3+ years of experience

  • Strong communication. 

  • Good pressure handling skills. 

  • Initiative and solution oriented. 

  • Strong presentation skills.

Sales Executive 


We have openings in our sales department for individuals who:

  • Love to interact with people.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer queries.

  • Acting as a POC for potential and current customers to ensure good relationships.

  • Following up on customer calls generated via internal systems.

  • Coordinate with the departments to provide efficient customer service.  

  • Stay up to date on new products/services related to industry.
