Sales Executive
Responsibilities :

Handling customer queries.

Acting as a POC for potential and current customers to ensure good relationships.

Following up on customer calls generated via internal systems.

Coordinate with the departments to provide efficient customer service.

Stay up to date on new products/services related to industry.

Experience of minimum 1 year.
